**Sha’Ron Parrish was promoted to fifth grade and will be attending Stewart Middle School. For her perfomance in fourth grade Sha’Ron received awards for Academic Achievement, Reading Excellence and the Teacher’s Award of a $100.00 dollar savings bond.

 

**Ameesha Davis was promoted to 11th grade at Norristown High School.

 

**Ariah Hall graduated from Methacton High School. All three young ladies, Sha’Ron, Ameesha and Ariah are the great-granddaughters of Virginia Livingston.

 

**Tyler Edwards was promoted to 7th grade at Renaissance Charter School. Tyler plays point guard on the middle school basketball team.

 

**Sarah Culbreath was promoted to 8th grade at East Norriton Middle School. Sarah is the daughter of Todd Culbreath, President of the Norristown Chapter and the Granddaughter of RoseMarie Lake Culbreath.

 

**Brandon Walker graduated from Central High School receiving an International Baccalaureate Diploma awarded to graduates who maintained at least a 90 average for the four years of high school. Central High School and Boston Latin High School are the only two high schools in America that award this type of diploma/degree. His family is extremely proud of him. He will be attending Penn State University. Brandon is the son of Olie “O.J.” Walker and is the grandson of Doris Lake Walker.
**Regina Porter completed her freshman year at Benedict College and attained the School of Honors status for her academic of maintaining a 3.2 Grade Point Average. She has been chosen to be a foreign exchange student in Morocco. Regina will be attending Al Alkwayne University in Ifrane, Morocco from August 22 through December 18. Regina is the daughter of proud mama Sherika Baily.
Hanoi Darden, granddaughter of Carl Lake and great-granddaughter of Ephraim Lake Jr. completed her sophomore year at Johnson C. Smith University, where she was voted Sophomore of the Year. Hanoi was chosen to participate in a two week summer program at Duke University called the PhD Pipeline Opportunity Program.

 

**RoseMarie Lake Culbreath attends art class at The Philadelphia Museum of Art in a program for visually handicapped persons. The class titled “Form In Art” teaches sculpture with clay and paper- ma-che’. The class has yearly exhibits at the Museum and other venues such as The Wills Eye Hospital. Rose has been attending classes for the past twenty plus years and has even sold one of her sculptures. The exhibit is currently on display at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

 

**Ephraim Lake has been hospitalized twice this past year, but is now at home being cared for by his devoted wife Katie, and with God’s Grace is on the mend. Keep “Mutt” and Katie in your prayers.
