The photo shown above is from our Philadelphia Family Summer Gathering in Fairmount Park in June 2010, the year that our Labor Day Family Reunion was held in Philadelphia 6 years ago. Most of the family shown here are scheduled to participate in this year’s 2016 48th Annual Wilson Lake Herbert Family Reunion which is again being held in Philadelphia, PA. “To all of our young family members, thanks to you all for your hard work in helping to make this year’s 2016 WLH Reunion enjoyable for all. We couldn’t do it without you guys!”

RULES FOR RAISING DELINQUENT CHILDREN
1. Beginning with infancy, give them everything they want. Then they will grow up believing the world owes them a living.
2. When they pick up bad words, laugh. This will make them think they are cute!
3. Never give them any religious training. Wait until they’re 21 and let them decide for themselves.
4. Avoid the use of the word “wrong.” It might develop a guilt complex. Later when they are arrested for shoplifting, they will know society is against them.
5. Pick up everything they leave lying around, toys, books, shoes and clothes. That way they will become experienced in throwing responsibility on others.
6. Have plenty of fights in front of them. Then, after your divorce, they won’t be surprised.
7. Give them all the spending money they want. Why should they earn their own and have it as tough as you did?
8. Take their sides against neighbors, playmates and teachers. They are all prejudiced against your child.
9. Satisfy all of their cravings for food, drink and pleasure. Childhood should be fun. Denial may lead to frustration.
10. Prepare for a life of grief that you will probably have. —Houston Police Dept.
