ITINERARY
Friday September 2 thru Monday September 5, 2016

Daily Complimentary Breakfast 6:30-ll:00 am and Complimentary Cocktails & Snacks 5:30-7:30 pm (for Hotel Guests Only)
**FRI., SEPT. 2 — Morning Meet & Greet in Hospitality Suite — Receive Information Packets which includes information on suggestions for exploring the city & surrounding areas- On your own.
8 pm Until – Hospitality Suite Fellowship
**SAT., SEPT. 3 — Meet & Greet in area near Lobby – Receive Information Packets.
1 to 5 pm — Family Barbeque Cookout, Fun, Food, Fellowship & Games – Obstacle Course by age group- Competition to win WLH Championship Cup at Fairmount Park at Georges Hill off of Belmont Avenue, #’s 1, 2, & 3, Dist. 5 (19131). (*Must have rubber souvenir wrist band OR paper wrist band to participate.) Awards to be presented at Sunday Banquet.
8 to Midnight – Bus to Penn’s Landing area. — contact person is Bill Herbert 215-626-6080. List of Activities is included in your Information Packets.
8 to Midnight — Movie Night at the Hotel for children & their parents. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a person age 19 or older. – contact person is Latoya Logan 215-834-0544
8 pm Until – Hospitality Suite Fellowship

9:30-ll:30 am – Sunday Worship Service – contact person Pamela Herbert 215 917-8840.

OBSTACLE COURSE:
There will be two (2) Obstacle Courses; six (6) winners total will receive medals
AGE GROUPS:
6-10
11-14
15-19
20-25
26-35
36 & over
A total of 6 Groups Each
One winner for each group will win medals. If there is no one competing in a particular age group, we will add more winners to the other age groups. The Chapter with the most medals will receive the Wilson Lake Herbert Championship Cup and hold it until another Chapter wins.
RULES:
1- If an obstacle is incomplete there will be a two second penalty added.
2- If there is no one competing in an age group, we will add more winners to the other age groups.
3- EVERY incomplete obstacle will have a two second penalty.
TEAM COMPETITION:
Two Person Water Balloon Toss
Two Person Sack Race
Two to Six Person Tug of War – Only 2 people will receive medals
