MAPLE LEAVES IN AUTUMN

Today, we are happy for many things:  Having loved ones together and the joy that it brings, anticipating the food and the fun that will be.  Needing the camaraderie that the family will see. Knowing that loved ones are still well and alive, supporting our efforts and attempts to survive.  Graciously accepting the challenge to be host.  Inviting the people who inspire us the most.  Valuing our LORD who has given us new, inspirational days and good deeds we must do.  Nothing, in life, beats sharing and giving.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours this holiday season… We have much to be thankful for. . . Life, health, strength, family, friends and love. . . Be blessed. . .

Things to Ponder in Life

Life is like a wild flower, it is often found in the most unusual places. To get more out of life you have to give more of yourself,  Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb, that’s where the fruit is.

You learn more about the road ahead by traveling it then by consulting all the maps in the world.

When fear shuts a door, come through the window.  If you do your best, you won’t have to worry about failure.

Dreams come true for those who dream while they work.

No one guarantees us happiness, life just gives us time and space, it’s up to us to fill it with joy and happiness.

Do for others with no desire of a return favor.

True wealth is what you are, not what you have.

Almost all of our unhappiness is the result of comparing ourselves to others.

We don’t have control of our appearance, but we have total control over the kind of person we become . . . To change everything, simply change your attitude . . . Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eyes.

Carrying a grudge is like a run in a stocking, it can only get worse . . . Forgiveness is the answer. . . Forgiveness is the answer . . .

When you remember how hard it is to change yourself, you begin to understand how hard it is to change others.

Instead of waiting for someone to give you flowers, Go out and pick your own.

A friend is someone who knows all about you, but likes you anyway . . . Friends are like a beautiful garden, they require regular care . . .

The people on our planet are not standing tall in a single line, if you look closely, they are standing in a circle holding hands . . .

What ever you give the person next to you . . . It eventually comes back to you . . .

Give someone you love, a call, a kiss, a smile.  It just might brighten your Day!
