Kyra reports that she received a good report card and was promoted to 4th grade at C.W. Henry School. She is on the soccer team– The Falcons, at her church, Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church and she has been enjoying her summer at Camp Adonai.

Roddy III, Roddy II and Janiya Gaymon. They are the grandchildren and son of Gloria Leaks Gaymon.
Roddy III, age 4, will participate in touch football in Warrington, PA.
Janiya Gaymon, age 6, will participate in gymnastics in Warrington, Pa. They spent fun times this summer at Dutch Wonderland, stayed overnight, and then went the 35 miles to Hershey Park which they thoroughly enjoyed.

Elementary School News
Sha’Ron Parrish completed second grade at Marshall Street School and will enter third grade in September. She is the Great-Granddaughter of Virginia Livingston.
Grace Johnson completed third grade at Fountain Woods Elementary School. She made High Honor Roll this year and successfully qualified for the Mentally Gifted program. Grace was also a member of the TerraCycle soccer team this year. Her team won the league championship with an undefeated record! Grace is the daughter of Olie “O.J.” Walker and is the granddaughter of Doris Lake Walker.
Tyler Edwards completed fourth grade at Renaissance Charter School and will enter grade five in September. Tyler is the son of Cheryl Culbreath Edwards and the grandson of Rose Marie Lake Culbreath.
Middle School News
Sara Culbreath completed fifth grade at East Norriton Middle School and will enter sixth grade in September. Sara is the daughter of Todd Lake Culbreath and the granddaughter of Rose Marie Lake Culbreath.
Ameesha Davis completed eighth grade and will be entering ninth grade at Norristown High School. Ameesha is a member of the La Crosse team and played defense. She is the great granddaughter of Virginia Livingston.
High School News
Brandon Walker completed tenth grade at Central High School and will be a junior this September. He competed, along with his team from Central, in the Philadelphia Eagles Chess Tournament at Lincoln Financial Field. The Central High team finished in second place and Brandon came in third out of sixty-four high school students. Brandon is the son of Olie “O.J.” Walker and is the grandson of Doris Lake Walker.
Paige Edwards completed her junior year at Renaissance Charter School and will be a senior in September. She made Honor Roll this year and is a member of the National Honor Society.
Hanoi Darden graduated from Norristown High School and was awarded a full scholarship to Johnson C. Smith University. Hanoi was a member of the National Honor Society and the field hockey team. Hanoi is the great granddaughter of Ephraim Lake.

Keith is entering the 12th grade at the Military Academy at Leeds School and is looking forward to attending college fairs to help decide which college best suits his needs and playing varsity basketball.
T’Ara is entering the 8th grade at Anna B. Linglebach and is looking forward to attending high school fairs.
Tori is entering 4th grade and is looking forward learning new Math and watching the new season of “So you think You can Dance”. Both Tori and mother Lisa are BIG fans of the show.

Ralph (Cubby) reports that his son, Aaron, is still employed-working as a manager in a supermarket and is still matriculating at Tidewater Community college majoring in Sports Management. He is planning to transfer to Old Dominion University in the fall.
Son, Andrew graduated from Churchland High School in June and is planning to attend Tidewater Community College this fall.
And daughter, Amy is enjoying her job and is doing well in Virginia. She recently drove to Philadelphia in her brand new car.

Harnetha (Shubby) Wheelan reports she is still working on her book which will be in print for 2010. She states, “I have started my own business, Shubby 4 Stillman Street which is in its 4th year. I am Founder and CEO. I specialize in freelance writing, obituaries and catering. I am still employed at CITI as a supervisor.”
Jessica Wheelan reports that she is in her 1st Semester at Eastern College working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
Jessica’s daughter, Nayomi, age 3, will be starting Pre K 3 in the fall. She currently attends Day Care at Time for Tots Center.
And baby, Daivon, just turned one. He is starting to explore- runs around and his vocabulary is increasing everyday.
