Xavier C Tadlock-Harrell of Newark, Delaware was promoted to the 8th grade at Shue-Medill Middle School. Xavier will be attending Boy Scout Camp at Camp Rodney, Black Rock Summer Camp, and volunteering at Ogletown Baptist Church.
